This is config bin for arm cpu's like
vu plus 4k
Pure2
Openatv
Open HDF
This works on most new images like OpenPli, OpenATV and others
In the oscam.server config file, you need to fill the oscam.server(\etc\tuxbox\config\oscam-icam\oscam.server) file with your own user/pass

Check whether this optsion is activated ( should be active by default):
(A)Openpli Image:Setup/CUstomize/
(B)ATV Image: MENU/SETTINGS/OPERATION & INTERFACE/ system settings:
Set Integrate ECM in HTTP streams to YES
Include ECM in http streams: YES

And here is a mipsel bin of oscam-icam, you need to extract skyde_icam.rar and copy to usr/bin and chmod 755 using winscp
skyde_icam.rar

Edit your bouquets.tv file and add this line
#SERVICE 1:7:1:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:FROM BOUQUET "userbouquet.ciefp_19e_icam_skyde.tv" ORDER BY bouquet

Then restart the box and everything should work
Resolution:
in the Enigma settings/extras ATV Image: MENU/SETTINGS/OPERATION & INTERFACE/ system settings):
Set Integrate ECM in HTTP streams to YES
Decrypt HTTP Streams NO
Decrypt received HTTP streams NO
In OpenPli image shoud be:
Include ECM in http streams: YES
Check if oscam-icam start and webif if is opening.
